The one issue that was consistent throughout was as the parks transformed from an imitating environment  to a inviting environment the community also transformed. That observation opened my eyes to the relationship and harmony that nature plays in our lives.  Today  my company focuses on the beautification of urban environments, striving to “bring nature into our lives.”

Q: Why did you choose the name that you chose for your business?

A: Although I’m a landscape design company, primary I’m a customer service business. Using my name represents the person relationship that develops with the customer.

Q: What do you feel is  most important  for small business owners to understand today?

A: Embrace the 21st century and structure your business’ to take advantage of the technologies available. It can really balance the playing field with larger competitors and enable fast adjustments when needed.

Q: What have been some of your successes and/or struggles with maintaining your own business?

A: The company’s greatest successes has been it innovation, accurate forecasting and it’s ability to develop strong relationships. On the other hand the struggles develop from not thinking big enough. I’m realizing how important it is to think big.

Q: What are some of the ways business owners are dealing with today’s economy & can claim or maintain their sustainability ?

A: I can’t speak for other business’ but there is no denying a connection of great customer service and the present day relationships with-in VFD’ customer base. Personal communications have been made to all our customers, simultaneously with the company positioning for a larger target market.
Q: What kind of reception has your business received from its customers?

A: It’s been great, the companies goal is to let our customer know VFD is there for them and will make sure the customers investment remains in top condition. This is a key time to establish customer loyalty.

Q: Has your business been nominated for or won any awards?

A: The best award I can receive is a letter for one of my customers stating how much they love there yard or a service that VFD offered.

Q: Are you offering any deals/specials for customers right now?

A: Vincent Falls Designs customers are treated on an individual need bases to the best customer service offered with-in the industry.
